BUT all work and no play makes Tara a dull girl. Coming up for air is good for the soul, and eyes, and my social life…you get it. Mental breaks, people, take them!! (Yes, I’m telling myself that as well.)

Teal Blues.
Don’t get it twisted, I love my pink. It’s been my go-to color for years. However, these lovely shades of teal blues have been catching my eyes. I’m loving the bright blues with a bit of green and yellow mixed in, just lovely. Gimme. Gimme. Seen above are PMS colors in 307, 308, 314 and 315. Lookin’ good, fellas.
Amazon Prime.
I signed up for Amazon Prime last year, right before the Christmas season. Hello, shopping + free shipping! I found myself streaming a lot of their free TV shows and movies. I still watch Sabrina the Teenage Witch…so what? I’m able to get a lot of great deals on photography items and personal items….with free shipping and without leaving my couch. That’s what I’m talking about.
These $10 Jeans.
Just bought these skinny low rise dark wash jeans from H&M and loving them. I’m pretty short so finding a length in pants that works is pretty much impossible. I got these in the shortest length possible and still will need to cuff them or get them hemmed. Whatever, they were $10 and feel great. I just can’t jump on the high waist jeans fad, takes me back to my awkward elementary school years lol!

I usually listen to Spotify playlists when I edit, usually love songs when I edit weddings. Not sure why, just do. I’m loving Jessie Ware’s Say You Love Me. Girlfriend can sing.

During the day, I oversee the marketing department of a local organization. I set aside at least 7 hours a week to just read, to learn, to fill my brain of knowledge and smarty pants stuff. The industry changes so quickly and everyday is something new coming on the horizon. I just have to be on my game at all times, so I read. NewsCred is a blog I read often.
