She looked over her shoulder slightly, just enough where the window light hit her profile and her eyelashes looked a mile long. A small smile showed on her face as she looked down. Her sisters worked on hooking the buttons that lined the back of her dress.
One button right after the other, each hooked on a fine piece of fabric. I had plenty of time to photograph this moment, but felt like I just couldn’t get enough pictures.
She looked down at her engagement ring, fidgeting with it. It was easy to tell her mind was full of thoughts.
Once all of the buttons were finally hooked, she laid her hands gently on the skirt of her dress, looked down and smile.
