Why This Series, Why Now?

Reaching the five-year mark in business is a milestone that makes you reflect. You look back at the sleepless nights, the terrifying decisions, and the glorious wins, and you realize one thing: Nobody does this alone, and nobody has it all figured out.

I wanted to create a space where we could drop the facade. I wanted to have the kind of conversations that usually happen after the conference is over, maybe over a drink or a coffee, when the recording stops.
